You’ve been living with your essay or book for a long time now. It comes to you in your dreams, walks with you when you walk, has acquired a life of its own. Is it finally time to set this work free? Drawing from a wide range of literary and artistic sources, and my own personal experience, this illustrated presentation will help you answer that question, providing a new lens through which you might view your work—its sentences, its voice, its evocations and provocations, its momentum, its frame, and, finally, its meaning. I offer a few takeaway prompts at the end and extend the Q and A to make room for more questions.
