By registering for The Workshop Series and/or the Group Critiques, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that you will not share or transmit any of the purchased sessions to any other person. You further agree that you will honor the integrity of these sessions and not reproduce, modify, or develop derivative works or publicly display any of the Juncture content in teaching or social settings. If your workshop doesn’t reach minimum enrollment or we have a scheduling conflict, we may reschedule or cancel up to the day class is set to begin. If we reschedule or cancel, we will give students the opportunity for a full refund, or we can help you transfer to a new class. If a class is rescheduled, you are welcome to remain enrolled if the new dates work for you.

You understand that The Workshop Series and the Group Critiques offered through Juncture will be run online via a password-protected chat link and that Juncture is not responsible for the quality of your own internet connection.

You understand that Juncture will be recording The Workshop Series Zoom sessions so that these sessions may be viewed by other participants during the 14-days following the live presentation. Subsequently the recordings will be eliminated from public view or accessibility.

You agree that by registering for the Juncture program, you give us permission to contact you through your email address for any series-related communications.

You agree not to post or contribute inappropriate comments—racist, insulting, derogatory, sales pitch, etc.—during your participation in our program. Should such comments be found in chat rooms, they will be taken down by Juncture

You understand that Juncture Workshops is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of The Workshop Series or the Group Critiques.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked for personally identifiable details. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. When visiting our site anonymously, we may store information regarding the behaviour of your session on our website, such as what pages were visited, what links you clicked on, how long you spent before going to another page.

Online course delivery policy
Our courses are delivered online in password-protected classrooms. We do not deliver physical products in the post, but rather provide you access via Zoom (or similar teleconferencing platform).
